Ingredients
 

  • 5 Boiled potatoes
  • 5 Eggs from your favorite chicken
  • 5 tbsp Cream 30% fat
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 handful Chopped herbs - tarragon, basil and rocket
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Cooking fat

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs with the cream, pepper and salt.
  • Clean the herbs, chop them finely and add them to the beaten eggs.
  • Peel and slice the boiled potatoes.
  • Grease a cake tin and layer the potato slices in it. Pour the egg mixture over it and bake the tortilla in the preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat. After 20 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
