Potatoes: Potato Tortilla

The perfect potatoes: potato tortilla recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 piece Boiled potatoes
  • 5 piece Eggs from your favorite chicken
  • 5 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 handful Chopped herbs – here: tarragon, basil and rocket
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Fat for the shape
  1. Whisk the eggs with the cream, pepper and salt.
  2. Clean the herbs, chop them finely and add them to the beaten eggs.
  3. Peel and slice the boiled potatoes.
  4. Grease a cake tin and layer the potato slices in it. Pour the egg mixture over it and bake the tortilla in the preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat. After 20 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
