Potatoes: Potato Tortilla
The perfect potatoes: potato tortilla recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 piece Boiled potatoes
- 5 piece Eggs from your favorite chicken
- 5 tablespoon Cream 30% fat
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 1 handful Chopped herbs – here: tarragon, basil and rocket
- 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- Fat for the shape
- Whisk the eggs with the cream, pepper and salt.
- Clean the herbs, chop them finely and add them to the beaten eggs.
- Peel and slice the boiled potatoes.
- Grease a cake tin and layer the potato slices in it. Pour the egg mixture over it and bake the tortilla in the preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat. After 20 minutes, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
