Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 potatoes, approx. 500 g
- 200 g cheese (soft goat cheese), e.g. goat roll
- 2 tsp honey, liquid
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Boil the potatoes until al dente and slice them. Slice the goat cheese and layer them alternately with the potatoes in a gratin dish. Drizzle with two teaspoons of runny honey and sprinkle with thyme. Bake in a medium oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes.
