Potatoes with Salmon Sauce

  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 Vials Joya Soya or Rama Cremefine
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 piece Salmon
  • Chopped garlic
  • Frozen herbs
  1. Cover the bottom of the pot with water and put in the salmon and thin it. Then add the garlic and vegetable stock and the frozen herbs. Then let it cook until the salmon is through and then chop the salmon into small pieces with a spoon or fork.
