- 1 cup Crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 bottle Joya Soya or Rama Cremefine
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Salmon
- Chopped garlic
- Frozen herbs
Instructions
- Cover the bottom of the pot with water and put in the salmon and thin it. Then add the garlic and vegetable stock and the frozen herbs. Then let it cook until the salmon is through and then chop the salmon into small pieces with a spoon or fork. Then add Joya Soya or Rama Cremefine and let it boil briefly and finally add the creme fraiche and let it melt in. Then stop cooking. You can also eat potatoes or pasta. Good Appetite..
