Ingredients
Sweet marinated chicken
- 400 g Fresh chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 toe Garlic fresh
The potatoes
- 200 g Potatoes waxy with small peel
- 10 Stalk Freshly chopped chives
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 piece Fresh peppers
- 5 piece Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pinch Marjoram spice
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Coarse sea salt
- 1 toe Garlic fresh
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
- 10 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
The chicken
- Cut fresh chicken breast into pieces and add the ingredients as indicated and leave to stand for at least 1 hour, then fry in a pan.
The Brazilian style potatoes
- Wash the potatoes and cut them with the skin into 4mm thick slices and add the remaining ingredients, pour plenty of olive oil over them and mix well. Then bake in the preheated oven at about 180 ° C for about 45 minutes, mixing in from time to time.
