Potatoes with wild garlic cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 g wild garlic
  • 2 tbsp flour (whole wheat flour tastes best)
  • ½ tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes, quarter them, and cook in a little salted water for about 15 minutes. Sort and finely chop the wild garlic. Heat the butter in a pan, add the wild garlic, then sprinkle with flour and stir in the cream until smooth. Season to taste with the stock and pepper. Drain the potatoes, carefully stir them into the sauce, and serve immediately.
