Poultry: BBQ Chicken
The perfect poultry: bbq chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Chicken legs
- 5 tablespoon Bbq sauce e.g. http://www./rezept/525448/Sossen-Bbq-Sosse.html
- 1 piece Yellow peppers
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 3 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Tomato fresh, great
- 1 piece Zucchino small
- 5 piece Mushrooms brown
- 0,5 pole Leek
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the chicken legs and pat dry. Place in a suitable container and brush on both sides with the BBQ sauce. Close the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove the white peppers from the skin and cut into small pieces, peel the onions and make half rings. Peel the garlic and cut into slices as well. Remove the stem end of the tomato and cut it into cubes. (with the skin)
- Spread the vegetables in a large pan and place the chicken legs on top. Shake out the marinade bowl with water and add this to the pan. Close the lid and let it simmer in the oven at 175 degrees air circulation for about 1 hour.
- In the meantime, clean the zucchino, leek and mushrooms and also cut them into small pieces. (Leek in rings, zucchini in quarter slices and mushrooms in eighths)
- After an hour, remove the lid from the pan, add the remaining vegetables and let simmer for another hour. Pour some more water if necessary.
- Remove the chicken legs and season the vegetables with tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
- Either enjoy without carbohydrates or add a little baguette or white bread to the fine sauce.
