Apple and Cinnamon Potato Pancakes with Cream Crown

The perfect apple and cinnamon potato pancakes with cream crown recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Grated apple
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0,5 Cup Flour
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 Msp Vanilla pulp
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  1. Coarsely grate the apples. Put in a kitchen linen or tea towel and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Mix the apples with the brown sugar, baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, flour, an egg and the grated lemon zest to form a batter.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan and use an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to add the batter to the pan in portions. Press down a little and fry the potato pancakes on both sides.
  4. In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff and refine with the powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla pulp.
  5. Serve the apple and cinnamon potato pancakes with the cream crown. Serve garnished with cinnamon and colorful chocolate sprinkles.
