- 2 Turkey legs 400 g each
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Apple
- 1 Leek
- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- 1 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Salt
for brushing
- 0,5 tbsp Honey
- 0,5 tbsp Soy sauce dark and sweet
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Some water
Instructions
- Wash the turkey legs and pat dry. Rub all around with pepper and salt.
- Clean, peel and cut all the soup vegetables and the apple.
- Place the turkey legs in a roaster or pan, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and then drape the vegetables around the meat.
- approx. Pour 300 ml of cold water, put the lid on and place in the pipe. Roast for about 60 minutes.
- Mix honey, sauce, salt and water into a mixture. After 60 minutes, remove the lid and brush both legs with the marinade every 5 - 6 minutes. After half an hour the legs are nice and brown.
- Now take this out, loosen the meat from the bone and keep it warm again.
- Pass the sauce with the vegetables through a sieve and season with salt and pepper.
