Poultry: Turkey Thigh in Ultra
The perfect poultry: turkey thigh in ultra recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1250 g Turkey leg
- 500 g Mushrooms brown
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 6 Red onions
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Butter
- 400 ml Dry red wine
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Food starch
- Cream
- Wash and dry the leg ……. season with salt and pepper … place in the Ultra or another roaster with a lid ….
- Peel and dice an onion … add to the leg … add wine, water and balsamic vinegar
- Put the lid on … fry for 60 minutes at 200 degrees
- Remove the lid … and fry for another 70 minutes … take the thermometer … should be 85 -90 degrees inside ….
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan .. thicken … season with salt and pepper … stir in some more cream …..

- Peel the onions ….. halve and cut into slices ….
- Clean the mushrooms … cut into slices …..
- Roast the onions and ham in a pan without fat … remove them …..
- Put the butter in the pan … fry the mushrooms … season with salt and pepper ….. mix in the ham and onions ….
- Cut the leg …. and serve ….. we had potatoes with it ….
