Poultry: Turkey Thigh in Ultra

  • 500 g Mushrooms brown
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 6 Red onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Butter
  • 400 ml Dry red wine
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Food starch
  • Cream
  1. Wash and dry the leg ……. season with salt and pepper … place in the Ultra or another roaster with a lid ….
  2. Peel and dice an onion … add to the leg … add wine, water and balsamic vinegar
  3. Put the lid on … fry for 60 minutes at 200 degrees
  4. Remove the lid … and fry for another 70 minutes … take the thermometer … should be 85 -90 degrees inside ….
