Poultry: Turkey – Shredded Meat
The perfect poultry: turkey – shredded meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Turkey breast
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Orange pepper
- 1 Can Diced pineapple
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 2 teaspoon Soy sauce dark
- 1 Cup Pineapple juice
- 1 Lemon
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- If necessary some sauce thickener
- Chopped basil
- Rinse the meat, pat dry ….. and cut into fine strips
- Spring onions in rings …
- Clean the paprika … and cut into fine strips
- Drain the pineapple … collect the juice
- Heat the oil in a large pan … fry the vegetables and pineapple … until translucent
- Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes, turning frequently
