Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 200 ml juice (multivitamin juice)
- 500 ml kefir, yogurt or buttermilk
- 3 tbsp juice (sea buckthorn juice)
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
alcohol-free
Mash the bananas with a hand blender. Add the multivitamin juice and kefir (or yogurt or buttermilk). Season with sea buckthorn juice. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Pour into glasses and briefly freeze. Serve cold. Tip: Berries also taste great instead of bananas.
