Prawns on Ruccola

The perfect prawns on ruccola recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 bunch Arugula
  • 3 Pc. Quartered tomatoes
  • 3 Pc. Hot peppers
  • 5 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Shrimp peeled deveined
  1. Wash the arugula and place in a container.
  2. Top with quartered tomatoes.
  3. Cut the peppers into small pieces, slice the garlic cloves.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the peppers, garlic and prawns in it.
  5. Pour the salad dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little mustard, salt, pepper and garden herbs over the salad.
  6. Pour the fried scampi, pepperoni, garlic cloves including the olive oil over the salad, distribute a little visually.
  7. Serve with a baguette and a glass of white wine.
