Ground Beef Sate with Paprika Sauce

The perfect ground beef sate with paprika sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt 10% fat
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Pc. Red pointed peppers
  • 1 small Onion
  • 0,5 Peeled garlic clove
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 Stems Lemon balm fresh
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 8 tsp Oil
  1. Finely pound cumin with a little salt in a mortar, knead with ground beef, 3 tablespoons yogurt, breadcrumbs and pepper with your hands. In the meantime, clean and dice the peppers. Finely dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic clove. Dice the tomatoes. Mix everything with the tomato paste. Pluck the leaves from the lemon balm, cut finely and mix with the chilli flakes into the sauce. Season with salt and sugar. Divide the mince into about 8 portions and press firmly around the skewers. Spread a thin layer of oil on the skewers and grill on the oiled grillage for about 6-7 minutes. Serve with the paprika sauce and yogurt.
