The best alternative for fishless sushi is to simply omit it and replace it with veggies. You can let off steam and roll up whatever you want. The basic ingredients, sushi rice, and nori sheets remain the same, only the filling is varied.

  • Sushi with cream cheese and cucumber: Spread the rice on the nori sheets and spread it with cream cheese. Cut the cucumber into strips, place it on top, and roll up.
