Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pretzels from the previous day
  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet or grainy
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 10 ml white conditioner
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp spice mix, e.g. Magic Dust

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Snack made from pretzels

Tear the pretzels into small, bite-sized pieces. Combine the mustard, honey, vinegar, oil, and spice mix. If the honey was solid, heat it briefly in the microwave to liquefy it and stir again. Mix with the pretzel pieces. Place the pretzel pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C fan/convection oven (180°C top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. Turn halfway through.
