Prinzenrolle – cake with cherries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 point cookie(s) (Prinzenrolle)
  • 200 g butter
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 jar sour cherries
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes

Crumble the Prinzenrolle in a food processor and mix with the melted butter. Transfer this mixture to a cake plate lined with the edge of a springform pan. Spread the unsweetened sour cream on top of the mixture. Squeeze the cherries well and place them on top of the sour cream. Make a glaze from half a liter of juice according to the instructions and pour it over the cherries. Make the cake the day before serving.
