Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

very spicy

Scrape off the red smear from the Romadur with a knife. Cut the Romadur, processed cheese, peeled onions, and peeled garlic cloves into pieces. Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a blade (or blender) and mix thoroughly. This will also break up the caraway seeds. If the mixture becomes too thick (depending on the type of processed cheese), add a little oil to the running processor. Let it sit for a good two hours. Tastes great on toasted white bread and pumpernickel.
