Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

based on a recipe from Andalusia

I got this recipe from a friend in Andalusia. It’s very simple and very quick. Put all the ingredients in a tall container. Then immerse a hand blender in the container, pull the blender up from the bottom, and turn on the blender first. After pulling the blender up three or four times, the aioli is ready. It’s important not to turn on the hand blender while immersing it, as otherwise the oil and milk won’t blend.
