Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 200 ml milk, low-fat
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp walnuts or cashews, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds or pine nuts
- 6 tbsp protein powder
- Goji berries, to taste
- Cinnamon powder, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Low-carb protein bars
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Once cooled, cut the dough into bars.
