Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp salt
- 250 g quark, 20% fat content
- 400 g ground almonds
- 2 handfuls of flaxseed, crushed
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g sunflower seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
according to recommendations from Dr. Feil
Mix all ingredients and pour into a loaf pan. The batter is very runny, so it’s best to line the pan with baking paper. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 75 minutes.
