Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 g protein powder (chocolate)
- 2 m.-large egg whites
- 1 m.-sized eggs
- 10 g baking cocoa
- 7 g baking powder
- 200 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 15 ml liquid sweetener
- some mineral water
Instructions

Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with the flour, egg white powder, egg, cocoa, baking powder, and milk to form a thick dough. Spread the dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 160°C. Remove the finished dough from the oven and let it cool. Mix the low-fat quark with a little sparkling mineral water until smooth. Add the sweetener and stir in the chopped kiwi. Spread the quark mixture over the cooled base and roll up the base. Cover the roll with aluminum foil to keep its shape and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Nutritional values (entire roll): Kcal 1100 kcal Fat 17 grams Carbohydrates 104 grams Protein 120 grams = only 91 Kcal for 12 pieces!
