Ingredients for 24 servings:
- 140 g spelt flakes
- 100 g oat flakes
- 150 g wheat germ
- 300 g soy flakes
- 80 g cashew nuts
- 100 g hemp nuts, peeled
- 100 g golden linseed
- 90 g sunflower seeds
- 70 g blueberries, dried
- 70 g raspberries, dried

Protein-rich muesli mix for storage
Roughly break the cashews and mix with the remaining ingredients. Store the finished muesli mix in a tightly sealed container in a dry, dark place. Weigh out 50 g of the muesli mix per serving and enjoy with fruit and yogurt, quark, buttermilk, milk, or soy milk as desired. This muesli mix is not only high in protein, but also rich in fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The muesli is also a good source of vitamins E, K, B1, biotin, folic acid, and the minerals magnesium and zinc.
