  • 1 egg white
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Healthy pancakes without flour

Chop the banana slightly and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a preheated pan in batches. It’s important to cook the pancakes slowly and only over medium heat. Top with plain yogurt or unsweetened applesauce.
