Pudding Muffins

The perfect pudding muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 l Milk
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
  • 8 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 St. Shortbread biscuits cocoa
  • Chocolate crispy muesli
  • Muffin tins
  1. Put some chocolate crunchy muesli in each muffin tin.
  2. Cook the vanilla pudding with 1/2 l milk and 4 tablespoons sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into the small mold while it is still hot.
  3. Halve the shortbread biscuits and place on top of the custard.
  4. Cook the chocolate pudding according to the instructions on the packet and then fill the molds.
  5. Let it cool down, turn it over, and serve the little sunshine … 🙂
