The perfect puff of butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Knife point Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Mix the ingredients with the mixer until smooth, then chill for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175 C. Place small heaps with 2 tablespoons on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake at 175 C for about 25 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar. Makes about 35 pieces.
