Puff of Butter

- 250 g Butter
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 250 g Flour
- 1 Knife point Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mix the ingredients with the mixer until smooth, then chill for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 175 C. Place small heaps with 2 tablespoons on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake at 175 C for about 25 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar. Makes about 35 pieces.
