  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 500 gr Strawberries
  • 500 gr Sugar
  • 1 pck Vanilla custard powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 125 gr Butter
  • Advocaat
  • 3 sheet Gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Cut the puff pastry into 6 pieces, place on a baking sheet and brush with a little egg yolk. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Wash the strawberries, sprinkle them with a little sugar and let them steep. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package and let it cool. Put the gelatine in cold water to soften it, heat the egg liqueur a little and dissolve the gelatine in it, mix the butter and add the pudding underneath and add the egg liqueur to the pudding cream. . Cut the puff pastry pieces once, put the cream on top and cover with strawberries, put the lid on and put in the cold before serving, sprinkle with some powdered sugar
