Puff pastry boats with salmon, arugula and tomato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • some pesto of your choice
  • n. B. Smoked salmon, large slices
  • 1 handful of arugula, cleaned
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • 1 cucumber(s), sliced
  • some balsamic cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick snack

Cut the puff pastry roll into small squares and spread with a little pesto. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. After baking, top with smoked salmon, arugula, tomato, and cucumber slices, and serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
