Puff pastry boats with various fillings

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 Sucuk
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 little parsley
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some milk
  • some sesame
  • some black cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the sucuk and mix it with the grated cheese in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces and mix it with the parsley in a bowl. I use a fork for this. Crack the egg and whisk it with a little milk. Unwrap the puff pastry and cut eight roughly equal-sized rectangles from a package of puff pastry. Cover eight rectangles with the feta cheese mixture and eight with the sausage cheese mixture, folding in only the ends, leaving an opening in the middle. Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame and caraway seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 20 minutes.
