Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 300 g minced beef
- 3 slices of Serrano ham
- 3 pieces of cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp pepper, mixed, freshly ground

Roll out the puff pastry and place a slice of ham in the center. Flatten 100g of minced meat into an oblong shape and place it on top of the ham. Place a long piece of cheese on top of the ham. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Roll up the puff pastry with the ham, minced meat, and cheese once and cut. Press the edges of the rolls together slightly and tuck in the ends. Repeat with the remaining dough. This will make three rolls. Place the rolls on the pizza stone with some baking paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes, turning constantly.
