delicious little starter

Preheat oven to 210°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet, fold in the edges by 1 cm. Slice or dice the Camembert and arrange on the pastry. Peel the pears, cut them into thin wedges, and arrange them on top of the Camembert. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems and sprinkle over the pears. Season everything with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven at 210°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Spread the cranberry jam on top. Cut into manageable slices and serve immediately. Tip: You can also use Gorgonzola or Roquefort instead of Camembert and replace the cranberry jam with honey.
