Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 400 g asparagus, green
- 150 g tomatoes, small
- 50 g Parma ham, diced
- 100 g crème fraîche
- e.g. Hollandaise sauce
- e.g. Parmesan
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet, fold it over 1 cm on the right and left sides. Spread the crème fraîche over the puff pastry and season with salt and pepper. Trim the ends of the asparagus by about 1 to 2 centimeters and halve or quarter the tomatoes, depending on their size. Spread both on the puff pastry as desired, along with the Parma ham. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce, if desired, and finally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Serve with a green salad.
