Spread the love

  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 1 Camembert(s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

made easy and quick

Let the puff pastry thaw briefly. Then place a few strips of Camembert (or other cheese, e.g. goat’s cheese, feta cheese, etc., according to your taste) on one half and add some tomato. Then shape it into a parcel. Fold the remaining half of the puff pastry over, press out the air, and press the edges together with your fingers. Fry each parcel alternately in oil on both sides over medium-high heat until the parcels are golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli, preferably in a steamer (or in a pot), and season with salt. Hollandaise sauce goes well with it. Two parcels per person are plenty if you eat the broccoli and sauce with it; they’re really filling.
