Puff Stars

The perfect puff stars recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 4 Discs Cooked ham
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 shot Milk
  • Salt pepper
  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out stars with a cookie cutter. Place the stars on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper).
  1. Finely chop the spring onions and boiled ham, add the cream cheese and 1 dash of milk and stir. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  1. Put a teaspoon each with the mixture on a puff pastry star. Bake the tray at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes.
  1. A delicious treat at Christmas time – tastes cold and warm and is an alternative to all the sweets 🙂 We want to prepare this on Christmas Eve with smoked salmon instead of boiled ham – definitely delicious too :-)) Bon appetit !!!
