Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g whole wheat pasta
  • 200 ml tomato sauce, e.g. Napoli sauce
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 spring onions
  • Jalapeño(s), green
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and tasty

Boil water and add a pinch of salt. Add the pasta as soon as it boils. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Finely chop the bell peppers and spring onions. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the bell peppers and spring onions until crispy. Add jalapeños, if desired. Drain the pasta, rinse well, and add it to the pan. Spread the Napolitana sauce evenly over the pasta and vegetables and mix well. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and chili.
