Pumpkin and Potato Sheet
The perfect pumpkin and potato sheet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Onions
- 1 Pc. Hokkaido pumpkin
- 6 Pc. Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Herbs, frozen
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Peel and cut the onions into eighths.
- Cut the pumpkin and the peeled potatoes into cubes.
- Mix all ingredients (including oil and spices) together in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Spread the mixed ingredients flat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Great side dish with fish, for example. Good Appetite! (Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the dish at the end. I’ll do that as soon as we eat it again.)
