Pumpkin and Potato Sheet

The perfect pumpkin and potato sheet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Onions
  • 1 Pc. Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 6 Pc. Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Herbs, frozen
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  1. Peel and cut the onions into eighths.
  2. Cut the pumpkin and the peeled potatoes into cubes.
  3. Mix all ingredients (including oil and spices) together in a bowl.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  5. Spread the mixed ingredients flat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Great side dish with fish, for example. Good Appetite! (Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the dish at the end. I’ll do that as soon as we eat it again.)
