Mediterranean Salad

Mediterranean salad

  • 0,5 Salad to your taste
  • 250 g Green beans
  • 200 g Mushrooms, brown
  • 500 g Pork fillet
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Goat cream cheese with honey
  • 1 tbsp Honey, liquid
  • 1 bag Salad dressing, ital.

Mediterranean salad

  1. Wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut into slices. Let the olive oil get hot in a pan. Put in the slices and season with salt and gourmet pepper. Then sear it on all sides.
  2. Remove and transfer to a bowl, set aside. Clean the mushrooms, cut in half and fry all over in the frying fat, also season with salt and gourmet pepper. Clean and wash the green beans and add them to boiling salted water.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes until al dente. Then drain, rinse briefly in cold water and allow to drain. Clean the lettuce to your taste, wash and spin dry. Put the fried mushroom halves in a bowl along with the drained beans. Fold in the salad dressing.
  4. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees top / bottom heat. Place the fried pork fillet pieces in it and spread it with the shredded goat cream cheese with honey. Bake for about 20 minutes. Then take two deep plates and place the mixed salad on top.
  5. Top with the baked pork fillet pieces. Drizzle the liquid honey on top and serve immediately!
