Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pumpkin(s), (only the scraped core of the pumpkin)
  • 2 liters of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the water to a boil. Add the core and simmer until only 1 liter remains and the rest has evaporated. This process takes me about 15 to 20 minutes. Let the liquid cool and bottle. Store in a dark place or in the refrigerator. Can be used for risotto, soups, etc.
