Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g pumpkin flesh (yellow or red)
- 200 g cream cheese with or without herbs
- 1 cup crème fraîche with or without herbs
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pumpkin flesh in a little water until tender, puree, and mix with the remaining ingredients. Fold in some of the chopped herbs and use some for garnishing. Serve with fresh boiled potatoes.
