Pumpkin Hash Browns
The perfect pumpkin hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spices:
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Millet flour
- 1 tbsp Chestnut flour
- 1 tbsp Soy milk
- 1 handful Pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1 Red onion
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Raz El Hanout / Spice Mix
- Ground coriander
- Cumin
- 2 tsp Sambal Oelek, red pepper paste
Others:
- Rapeseed oil
- Mix the egg, millet and chestnut flour with a little soy milk to form a smooth dough. Grate the pumpkin. Chop the pumpkin seeds or grind them in the magic wand mill. Add to the batter mixture with the chopped onion and season.
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the hash browns on both sides.
