Pumpkin Hash Browns

The perfect pumpkin hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spices:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Millet flour
  • 1 tbsp Chestnut flour
  • 1 tbsp Soy milk
  • 1 handful Pumpkin seeds, chopped
  • 1 Red onion
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • Raz El Hanout / Spice Mix
  • Ground coriander
  • Cumin
  • 2 tsp Sambal Oelek, red pepper paste

Others:

  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Mix the egg, millet and chestnut flour with a little soy milk to form a smooth dough. Grate the pumpkin. Chop the pumpkin seeds or grind them in the magic wand mill. Add to the batter mixture with the chopped onion and season.
  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the hash browns on both sides.
