Pumpkin Noodle Bake

The perfect pumpkin noodle bake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Penne
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 200 g Pumpkin
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 200 g Gouda middle aged
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped parsley until smooth
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 4 minutes and drain. Coarsely grate the Gouda and Cheddar cheese.
  2. Clean the pumpkin and paprika, onion and dice it – toast in a little olive oil with salt, pepper and honey and mix with the pasta – put in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Mix the milk and egg with half of the cheese and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and paprika – pour everything over the pasta-vegetable mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 ° C until golden brown.
