Pumpkin Pasta Bake
The perfect pumpkin pasta bake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Pumpkin
- 125 g Bacon
- 1 Onion small
- Oil
- 350 g Cooked pasta
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Cream
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Mozzarella
- Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Finely dice bacon and onion and fry in a little oil.
- In the meantime, peel the pumpkin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then add to the bacon and onion and cook for a few minutes.
- Mix the pumpkin mixture together with the pasta in the baking dish. Mix the eggs with the cream, tomato paste, salt, pepper and a little parsley and pour over the pumpkin noodle mixture.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread them on the casserole. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
