Marzipan Coconut Muffins
The perfect marzipan coconut muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour
- 2,5 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 70 g Coconut flakes
- 130 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 80 ml Oil
- 250 g Yogurt
- 100 g Marzipan
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Sift the flour and baking powder, mix with baking soda, coconut flakes and sugar. Grate in the marzipan and mix in.
- Beat eggs, oil and yoghurt.
- Then briefly stir the dry flour mixture with the moist egg mixture. Stir as little as possible, just enough until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the muffin wells with a tablespoon and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Then let cool down a little and enjoy.
