Marzipan Coconut Muffins

The perfect marzipan coconut muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 70 g Coconut flakes
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Marzipan
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  1. Sift the flour and baking powder, mix with baking soda, coconut flakes and sugar. Grate in the marzipan and mix in.
  1. Beat eggs, oil and yoghurt.
  1. Then briefly stir the dry flour mixture with the moist egg mixture. Stir as little as possible, just enough until the ingredients are well mixed.
  1. Pour the batter into the muffin wells with a tablespoon and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  1. Then let cool down a little and enjoy.
