Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • 700 g pumpkin(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

for a springform pan of approx. 26 cm, with minced beef

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, eggs, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly and line a 26 cm springform pan with a rim. Dice the pumpkin, blanch briefly, and drain. Sauté the ground beef and onion in a pan and let cool. Then mix with the eggs, sour cream, and pumpkin cubes. Season with curry powder, pepper, paprika, and salt. Pour into the springform pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) using conventional oven heating.
