Chocolate-cherry muffins with spelt flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g spelt flour or 150 g spelt and 150 g other flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 130 g sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar sour cherries, drained
  • 100 g chocolate, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 12 muffins

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the oil and milk and mix. Combine the flour and baking powder and gradually stir in. Then fold in the chocolate and cherries. Bake approximately 12 muffins at 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
