  • 70 g cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs

Coarsely grate the pumpkin (you can leave the skin on the Hokkaido pumpkin), mix with the grated cheese, add 2 eggs, and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Remove, turn over, and top with your desired toppings. A topping of finely grated onions and thinly sliced ​​ham goes very well with the filling. Bake for a few more minutes and serve.
