Pumpkin porridge with beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 250 g pumpkin(s) (Hokkaido)
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g beef fillet(s) (loin)
  • 75 ml orange juice
  • 6 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Baby food from 5 months

Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks, and boil for 20 minutes. Wash, peel, and slice the pumpkin and carrots. Cut the meat into strips. Place the vegetables and meat in a saucepan, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, adding a little water if needed. Purée the potatoes, meat and vegetable mix, rapeseed oil, and orange juice with a hand blender until smooth. Tip: Freeze in portions – ice cube trays work well for this.
