Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small pumpkin(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) garlic
  • 1 kg carrot(s)
  • 4 bay leaves
  • n. B. water
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel, wash, and finely chop the vegetables. Then place them in a pot with the spices and a little olive oil and cover with water. Let it simmer for about half an hour, then remove the bay leaves, puree, and season to taste. Tip: This soup also freezes very well.
