Ingredients
- 500 g Pumpkin
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Wheat flour
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 bunch Chives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Cumin
Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
- Chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent.
- Add the pumpkin and fry briefly.
- Scatter the flour on top and pour in the vegetable stock.
- Bring to the boil and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Puree the soup. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cumin and refine with creme fraiche.
- Cut the chives into fine rings and add.
- Serve with wiener sausages to taste.
