Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pumpkin
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Wheat flour
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
  • Chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent.
  • Add the pumpkin and fry briefly.
  • Scatter the flour on top and pour in the vegetable stock.
  • Bring to the boil and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Puree the soup. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cumin and refine with creme fraiche.
  • Cut the chives into fine rings and add.
  • Serve with wiener sausages to taste.
