Ingredients
 

  • 700 ml Water
  • 1 El Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2,5 El Ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tl Ground cloves
  • 1 Tl Ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tl Ground vanilla
  • 300 g Raw cane sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer gently for at least 30 minutes, stirring repeatedly until the syrup has the desired consistency.
  • Pour the syrup through a very fine sieve and fill into a sterile bottle.
