Ingredients
- 700 ml Water
- 1 El Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2,5 El Ground cinnamon
- 2 Tl Ground cloves
- 1 Tl Ground ginger
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin puree
- 1 Tl Ground vanilla
- 300 g Raw cane sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer gently for at least 30 minutes, stirring repeatedly until the syrup has the desired consistency.
- Pour the syrup through a very fine sieve and fill into a sterile bottle.
