Pumpkin with Filling
The perfect pumpkin with filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 whole Pumpkin
- 375 g Minced meat
- 1 shot Cold pressed olive oil
- 1 Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Cheese
- 1 piece Butter
- Preheat the oven to 200C ° top / bottom heat. Divide and reveal the pumpkin. Cut the inside into small pieces and mix with the tray, 1 dash of olive oil, 1 onion, salt, pepper, garlic and any cheese (my favorite is the blue cheese) and pour into the pumpkin halves. A few pumpkin seeds on top and a small piece of butter if you want.
- Turn down to 180C °. Place the pumpkin in the pipe and pour some water into the tray. Wait approx. 1 hour.
- Ready to serve! = D
